Set of working responsibilities:
Candidate should have strong interpersonal and English communication skills.
Key responsibilities:
Manage resources in the running projects and maintain resource mapping.
Work with cross-functional teams (SCM, IT, QA, R&D,AR&D etc.) and manage project operations smoothly with minimal supervision.
Taking care of end-to-end shipment process to the clients as per shipment calendar.
Registration of compounds on client portal, maintaining and uploading project files on client servers.
Calculate turnaround time (TAT) for individual synthesis and project completion.
Attending teleconferences and capturing MOM (Minutes of meeting).
LNB maintenance and periodical audit of paper and electronic lab notebooks.
