JD1: Process Lead ,Senior Process Lead : S&P

• Job Location : Pune
• Qualification : Any Fulltime Graduate

• Execute end-to-end strategic sourcing activities in accordance with the Client Procurement policy and provide excellence throughout the process analyzing information, delivering sourcing strategies, identifying requirements and opportunities, negotiating terms and conditions, and contracting products and/or services;

• Work with Technology related stakeholders and business leaders to continuously identify opportunities for the organization within the category;
• Be an advocate of the Procurement policy and relevant processes to facilitate more efficient and effective methods of getting value for money;
• Adherence to and incorporate Client Procurement policy and processes, including collaboration with Acquisition team, Legal (GCO), Risk Management, IT, other Procurement categories as appropriate;
• Coordinate, gather, develop, and share subject matter expertise through the various channels;
• Drive an inclusive and sustainable sourcing mindset to build a better working world;
• Complete procurement diagnostic of supplier spend in nominated Client country/countries. Including tail spend, and identifying better ways to facilitate sourcing activities;

Skills and attributes for success :

JD2: PSES Sourcing Manager

SKILLS- Sourcing & Procurement

Sub Skills- Sourcing Support, Strategic Sourcing and Category Management (No Procurement/P2P/PR to PO and SAP profiles).

Your key responsibilities

• End-to-end delivery of sourcing projects and category management activities for Client business stakeholders in Technology, Talent or BMC categories.
• Execution of sourcing projects in line with the Supply Chain Services policy and within the timeline as agreed with key stakeholders.
• Act as a trusted business advisor to Client stakeholders, aligning Supply Chain Services projects with the business’ pipeline and providing Exceptional Customer Services while delivery both brand and quantitative value to the bottom line through cost savings, cost avoidance and forgone savings.
• Achieve value targets, while innovatively developing new cost reduction strategies to improve negotiable spend via sourcing and demand management activities; including spend consolidation and supplier rationalization.
• Ensure adherence to Client Supply Chain Services policy and processes, including collaboration with Legal (GCO), Risk Management and other Client support functions.
• Provides structured management and accurate progress reporting on all projects.

• Lead Request for Proposals (RFPs) including commercial contractual negotiations, while partnering with stakeholders and shared functions such as GCO, Risk Management and Vendor Assurance. Minimize contractual risks to Client and manage supplier relationships according to Client’s Supply Chain Services and Independence policies.
• Develop strong relationships with key Client business stakeholders and report procurement progress via regular meetings.
