Set of working responsibilities:

  • Manages a set of 6-7 Account managers
  • Operates as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to employees of corporates mapped
  • Develops trust relationships with a portfolio of Key corporates assigned to him to ensure they do not turn to competition
  • Acquire new Corporate relationships and open Salary Accounts of their employees
  • Expected to expand the relationship with existing customers with engagement activities /cross sell solutions
  • Ensuring salary credits in all salary accounts sourced.
  • Meeting daily, monthly sales targets for salary accounts and cross sell products
  • Adhere to KYC guidelines and Bank process as laid down from time to time
  • Ensuring strict adherence to service and quality benchmarks as prescribed by the Bank

WILL BE 100% FIELD WORK.

  • Strong Business Acumen and Aggression for Corporate Sales with focus on Service.
  • Self-starter and energetic individual
  • Sales focus in achieving defined targets
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Candidate should be confident & and a team player
  • Adhere to KYC, service quality and audit norms laid down as per Bank policy
  • Graduate with 7 years of relevant experience (in Corporate/Institutional Sales preferred)
