Set of working responsibilities:

Any Graduate /Undergraduate with min 6 month of experience in International Voice process (Freshers Not Eligible)
Should have excellent communication skills- English (Versant B2 must)

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with appropriate priority while performing customer service.
