Set of working responsibilities:

We at Kotak Mahindra Bank are looking for dynamic sales professionals for the position of

SDO Authorizer - Branch Banking at Ahmedabad location.

Grade: M2 - Deputy Manager (On the payroll of Kotak Mahindra Bank)

  • Handling personalized service requests of customers.
  • Generation of timely business MIS.
  • Ensuring strict adherence to compliance, audit and regulatory requirements for customer segment.
  • Coordination with CPC/RPC/Investment desks for account opening of customers.
  • Managing complaints of customers and ensuring their resolution within TAT.
  • Ensuring service excellence to enhance portfolio's, control retention and better cross sell activities
  • Authorize and check Teller and Relationship teams entries
  • Check end products, Check vouchers to clear transactions

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Meticulous & an Eye for detail
  • Ability to manage and motivate front office staff.
  • Thorough overall understanding of branch banking operations
  • Excellent communication skills with customer service orientation
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft excel
  • Graduate : 1-2 years of experience
  • Post Graduate : 1-2 years of experience
