Your Role & Responsibilities
We are searching for a Quality Analyst – Procurement with Excellent Communication skill and who wants to make a real impact on the Procurement to Pay (P2P) Supply Chain industry.
As a Quality Analyst in HCL – Digital Process Operations, you will be:
• Monitoring transactional process quality and providing feedback for Procurement and finance business processes
• Perform quality checks and Provide feedback to the buyers/ analysts/ Senior buyers by maintaining quality standards as per quality plan
• Knowledge and ability to use data in order to generate, analyze and present information.
• Client satisfaction/ dissatisfaction measurement & analysis through independent surveys.
• Continuous Improvement: Ability to engage in quality orientation for sustained continuous improvement in processes and systems
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum Requirements
• Any bachelor degree with min 4 to 6 years of exp as a Quality Analyst in Indirect procurement
• Willingness to work in US/Night Shifts
Desired Qualifications
• Knowledge of Quality Monitoring process and system
• Good knowledge in MS-Office (excel etc.)
• Good Communication and analytical skills
