Choice Process: The determination will be based on Interview.

Set of working responsibilities:

Resolve issues and address complaints, and escalate complex matters to the appropriate team

Triage issues raised by the sellers

Replicate the user facing issues & escalate the issue to L2 level

Perform SQL analysis on trickier issues in order to assist engineering in solving them.

Work on problem-solving in collaboration with Engineers/relevant teams

Use playbooks to scale the associated service model globally

Documenting processes and maintaining service desk records.

Create SQL-based reliability pipelines in order to monitor system health.

Troubleshoot the issue using SQL queries and find the root cause of the issue

Take regular process updates from the L2 level

Daily updates to the lead on inflow patterns & Issues raised by users.

Mandatory:
1-4 years of experience coding with SQL Scripting

Bachelor's degree
Strong SQL skills are 'must have'
Ability to quickly learn, understand, and work with new emerging technologies, methodologies

Ability to work individually and as part of a team

Meticulous attention to detail,

Desired

Experience in Technical Support, Application Support, Sales support, Customer support or a similar role
Demonstrated operational abilities, ability to drive impact in a fast-paced environment while maintaining careful attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide updates to senior executive leadership.
Delivery-focused mindset, with the drive to solve complex problems through analytics and structured root cause problem-solving

Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Demonstrated motivation and interest in making tools that work seamlessly for our sales representatives.
Prior AdWords experience would be an advantage
